Meditation at Sangha House is open to everyone — whether you’ve never sat before or have been practicing for years.
We believe meditation is both an ancient art and a modern necessity — a way to restore calm, clarity, and compassion in everyday life.

Our Approach to Meditation

At Sangha House, meditation isn’t about escaping life — it’s about meeting it fully.
Each session begins with guided instruction, followed by shared silence and time for reflection.

Our teachers integrate traditional Buddhist techniques with contemporary mindfulness and breath awareness, helping you find stability and openness no matter your level of experience.
