Each week and month, we gather to sit in silence, share a meal, create together, and celebrate the ongoing work of awakening.

All of our events are donation-based and open to everyone.
No experience is required — just curiosity and an open heart.

🧘‍♀️ Sunday Sound Meditation – 7 PM
Our most loved event of the week. A 40-minute reclining sound experience that blends bowls, chimes, and gongs to calm the body and mind. Mats and cushions provided.

🌕 Midweek Meditation – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 7 PM
Gentle guided practice followed by shared silence and tea. Perfect for beginners or experienced meditators looking to reconnect.

🪷 Yoga for Mindful Movement – Mondays 7 PM
Slow flow class focused on grounding, breath, and restoring balance after the start of the week. All levels welcome.

🍲 Monthly Gatherings

Supper Club – Last Friday 8 PM
A community potluck and social night for Sangha friends, neighbors, and newcomers. Bring a dish or make a small donation — we’ll provide tea, plates, and conversation.

Full Moon Meditation & Reflection
Each full moon, we gather for extended silent sitting, candlelight chanting, and community offering. A time for renewal and collective intention.

Creative & Wellness Workshops

Throughout the year, Sangha House hosts creative mindfulness events and hands-on workshops — from candle making and art meditation to mindful writing, chanting, and Tibetan practice.

Each is designed to integrate creativity, wellness, and awareness into daily life.

We also host visiting teachers, traveling monks, and special multi-day experiences throughout the year — blending ancient Buddhist wisdom with modern mindfulness and recovery.
