Welcome to our weekly classes

Each one a space to move, breathe, learn, and connect. Whether you’re new or experienced, all levels are welcome. Our approach blends meditation, yoga, reading & reflection, and mindful living — all rooted in community wellness.

  • Donation-based classes: attend at no fixed cost, pay what you can.

  • Hands-on instruction: classes led by experienced teachers provide beginners with clear guidance.

What you need

  • Bring yourself — cushions and mats are provided for most sessions.

  • Arrive a few minutes early to settle in.

  • All are welcome, regardless of prior experience, inclusive of all races, genders, orientations, and backgrounds.

This class offers a slow & gentle approach to vinyasa yoga. We will work through a series of basic postures linking breath to each movement. This class will have you feeling energized and refreshed and is open to all levels and those working with limitations.

Each session focuses on a specific theme or text—from emptiness and interdependence to lojong, the six perfections, and the Bodhisattva path. This isn’t Dharma 101. It’s for those who want to delve into the teachings, pose profound questions, and integrate Buddhist wisdom into everyday life.

Finding Forgiveness

SUNDAYS 5-6:30pm | In-person

Forgiveness offers freedom from past resentments and pain. It would be ideal to attend each week, but not required. This group is in-person only.

This 8-week group will be formatted as an inquiry meeting, with thoughtful questions, reading, writing prompts, meditation, and discussion.
